Just want to take a minute to say how much I LOVE McKenna!! From my first experience dealing with Julie Bagdonas to having the vehicle serviced, has been amazing. I live in Palos Verdes and the fact that you will come and pick up my car and bring me a loaner is incredible. Saves me so much time and hassle. Compared to South Bay BMW you are all AWESOME! Jen in service really gets customer service, kind, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will never buy a car anywhere else!

I purchased a 2013 528i from McKenna. I have never bought a car or been to their dealership previously. Started by doing extensive background research and figured out the features I wanted and got a sense for a fair price. My basic decision rule was to pay slightly below invoice and the first two dealers I spoke with in South Orange County agreed to this. The problem was they did not have the car with the exact specifications I was looking for. So I did a search of all LA Area BMW dealerships and was instantly impressed with with range or colors, packages and options McKenna had. On the second page of their web listings, I found exactly what I was looking for: Jet Black exterior with Cinnamon Brown Leather and loaded. I immediately called the dealership and asked for one of their internet sales staff. I was connected with Joshua. Told him what I wanted. Told him my price rule and within 5 minutes he got approvals to meet the terms. My offer was reasonable so I was pretty sure they would be OK with the transaction terms. I arrange to pick up the car next morning after my kid's soccer game. I arrived at the dealership (about 1/2 hour north of where I live, but well worth the drive) and met with Phillip, a second sales manager (Joshua did not start until 11:00 AM and I arrived early). Over the next 45 minutes, we completed paperwork. So easy. So efficient. No haggling. No one tried to up-sell me on anything. I was going to pay for my new baby cash, but they offered $1000 if I financed and all I have to do is make payments for 4 months, then I can pay off (and interest was very low anyway). Phillip was absolutely fantastic. When the paperwork was done, Phillip spent nearly a full hour with me going through the extraordinary set of the car's functionalities. The 528 control panel has more in common with a small aircraft console with multiple nested menus and controls than with a car. Without the explanation and testing, I may have not been able to understand and use some of the important features, but this certainly did not turn out to be the case based on the aforementioned time Phillip spent with me.
As a follow up, I sent an email to John Hall, who is the general manager at McKenna and praised their staff and especially my salesman. He replied quickly and a short while later, I got another email from someone in their marketing team asking if would be willing to share my experience with others. Of course I agreed. Since the transaction, I have received follow up emails and calls from Phillip asking how the car is and if I had any questions. I am scheduling a follow up meeting where I will have them help me link my electronics to the car's communication system.
I did come across a very minor issue related to extended warranty and extended servicing, which I am purchasing. I pointed this out to John and within a half hour there was a note from Danny McKenna (owner) who asked the team to immediately correct the issue. Within 5 minutes of Danny's email I received another email from Director of Finance and she assured me that the issue was resolved, which it has since been. I have to be honest, I love the car. Love everything about it. But the reason I am writing this review is because the ownership experienced was so materially enhanced by the remarkable transaction and follow up servicing and attention that I felt obligated to write this review. Not only am I looking to buy my wife's next car from them (they have multiple brands), but in all likelihood, I will drive my car to McKenna for servicing (which thanks to the extended servicing and warranty I purchased is free for the next 7 years). Whatever you decide to buy, good luck. But if my experience was anything close to typical, I strongly recommend you consider this dealership.

I had a fantastic buying experience from this dealership. I worked with Paul Bailey as well as Sean Koga in finance and they were both excellent. No pressure, no nonsense, no trickery. Just simple honest conversations and transaction.
We took care of most everything via email/phone and came in just to inspect the car and sign paperwork.
HIGHLY recommended if you want a headache-free car buying experience.

This review is for Noah Schmerling and Dominic Torres in Sales.  My wife's lease on a 2008 335i was almost up, so it was time for me to look at what was out there.  Before I even contacted the dealer, I made sure that what I was familiar with the best cap cost  for the particular model and options I wanted.   I was initially looking at leasing a 335d.  Noah was very courteous over the phone.   He did not try to impress me with his sales experience.   He knew what I wanted and at that it had to be at a price point I presented.  He was very patient over the phone with my questions and answered them all with enthusiasm.  I made an appointment to test drive the car a couple of days later because I have never driven a diesel car and wanted to make sure this is something I can live with the next three years.  Upon arriving at the dealership, I finally met Noah and Dominic.  Dominic was the one who took me on the test drive and will be the one who takes my wife and I on several others in the near future.  I complete my test drive and return the weekend before Christmas with my wife to settle the paperwork.  It was a Saturday when my wife and I arrived, Noah was very busy with other clients but that was okay because he already had the paperwork ready.  Once he was ready to begin with the process, my wife was just not keen on the fact that the car is a diesel.  So basically we had to scrub the whole deal and start from scratch.  She will be driving the car most of the time thus she has to like it. This is where the AWESOMENESS of Noah and Dominic come through. McKenna BMW basically has  parking structure full of new vehicles.  At first Dominic was showing us the different three series sedans available, but my wife's attention was suddenly drawn towards the convertibles.  A complete departure from a 335d.  Dominic was very familiar with the inventory he had.  When my wife and I requested that we see a red convertible, he knew exactly whether or not he had it without even using a computer to verify.  The best experience that my wife and I felt was really cool was when Dominic allowed us to browse on our own.  By the way, all the cars were unlocked unlike other dealerships, and the keys were in them,  so we were able to inspect every vehicle we were interested in.  We were like two kids in a candy store.  A couple of hours later we finally had it down to either a 328i convertible or a 135i convertible.    We test drove both cars and in the end, we decided to go with the 135i convertible because of the engine.  
Our experience at McKenna BMW was very UNIQUE and MEMORABLE.  Who can say that when buying/leasing a car these days?

I ordered a custom 328i from Vache Vartan my client advisor, and even though my wait was excruciating, he made sure to constantly update me from start to finish. 
When my car arrived he took absolute great care of me, and provided such a level of high service that I was truly blown away. 
I'd highly recommend purchasing or leasing through this gentleman because of his degree of professionalism and helpfulness that is practically unrivaled in my eyes.

This is the first car I have purchased from McKenna, Julie Bagdonnas was my salesperson.  She was amazing!  Pricing was competitive, she didn't give me the usual run around, I truly felt she was working in my best interest.  We ended up ordering my X5 which took 6 weeks, she was continually in touch.  After the car came in she followed up to be sure I was happy with the purchase and to answer any questions I had.  This was a great buying experience.  Although I live in Palos Verdes and have several other options, I have not received this level of service from other bmw dealerships.  I will continue to use McKenna for all of my BMW needs.

I had a wonderful experience at McKenna BMW.  I finally took the plunge to treat myself to a luxury car.  Based on a recommendation from Executive co-workers, I was referred to McKenna BMW.  I was put in touch with Noah who was extremely patient.  I worked with him for a couple of months.  I test drove different X5's, new ones, used ones, 4.8's 3.0's. Noah gave me several options and was very knowledgable.   I finally narrowed my decision  to what I wanted and would not settle for less.  Noah actually listened to me and called me when he found everything on my wish list!!  The negotiation was about 5 minutes and we received great financing.  I was in and out in a short time.
I have owned about 7-8 cars having two daughters that drive, and Mckenna's BMW customer service with Noah and Dominic has by far been the best experience I have ever had.
I highly recommend Noah at McKenna BMW, I can't stop smiling and  I love my car!
